For more than a decade, the company has remained focused on the glass technology field. Through continuous R&D investment, talent introduction, and technical learning, it has achieved breakthroughs in physical tempering processes, enabling stable mass production of 2mm fully tempered glass, as well as products with 2D multi-curved, 3D multi-curved, and unequal arc processes.
To promote the popularization, application, and demonstration of glass modeling technologies in more fields, the company conducted in-depth research across industries and identified industry pain points such as high implementation difficulty and long production cycles in existing 2D/3D curved unequal arc glass tempering processes. To address these issues, the company established a manufacturing plant integrating glass R&D, processing, and sales in 2023. Currently, the company has completed the capacity layout for its glass project, with a planned monthly production capacity of 800,000 pieces. It is equipped with complete production equipment, including 2 automatic cutting machines, 19 processing centers, 4 high-speed edge grinding machines, 2 flat continuous tempering furnaces, 1 continuous thin-sheet tempering furnace, 5 3D curved unequal arc tempering furnaces, and related supporting equipment—all of which have been implemented and put into use.
